Ronn H. Bailey
Founder, CEO and CTO
Ronn Bailey is founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Vanguard Integrity Professionals. He has been a leader in information security technology for over three decades, and has worked closely with governmental agencies and the world's Fortune 1000 companies to identify, clarify, and resolve continually evolving issues related to computer system security, controls, audits and privacy. He is an inventor and holds several security related patents.
Mr. Bailey was co-founder of the first IBM Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) security user group and assisted in the establishment of numerous other RACF User groups in the United States, Australia and Canada. He is a past president and honorary member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), which is a non-profit association comprising security officers, managers and higher-level executives. Over the years he has been an active member and leader in many other organizations such as SHARE, GUIDE, EDPAA, CACS, MIS, CSI, TEC and others.
Keegan O’Neill
Director of Research and Development
Keegan is the Director of Research and Development for Vanguard Integrity Professionals based in Vanguard’s Orange, California R&D facility. Prior to being promoted to Director, Keegan served as a Manager of Identity and Access Management solutions within Vanguard’s R&D group. Prior to joining Vanguard Keegan developed Enterprise Identity and Access Management software at Systems Support Group in British Columbia, Canada.
Keegan is a graduate of Camosun College in Victoria British Columbia, Canada.
Eldon Worley
Sr. Product Architect - Vanguard Enforcer
Eldon is a member of the Mainframe Executive Hall of Fame. He is responsible for directing the Vanguard Enforcer product development and architecture. Eldon directed the Vanguard Enforcer product alterations necessary to achieve the EAL3+ evaluation.
Eldon was previously at the Almaden IBM Research Laboratory where he was involved in the original development of the RACF product and then following in further development of RACF including several releases of the product. During this time, Eldon spent two temporary assignments in England, one at IBM Hursley and the second at Cambridge University still involved with RACF and its future. Eldon was also a member of the IBM Security Architecture Board.
Eldon contributed to the RACF releases that contained the original release code, password enhancements, Global access, RACF address space and the RACF Remote Sharing enhancement. In addition to these enhancements, while at IBM, Eldon was continually involved with the RACF product review process of the various RACF releases and enhancements including the Generic profiles and B1 Security enhancements.
